How can we best grow and maintain strong partnerships with our clients?    I have just been in the studio hosting a live virtual event for +1400 of Ramboll’s most senior leaders at Ramboll. I was joined by three colleagues from the Managing Director team Stefan Wallmann, Philippa Spence, Mette Kynne Frandsen, and two of our Key Account Managers Kari Lundegaard and Robert Newman.    We wanted to take the time to engage with our leaders on how we become our clients’ trusted partner for sustainable change by sharing best practice on how we create value for our clients and guide them successfully through the sustainable change.     Some of the key take aways were that we want to:  work with clients that match our strategic ambitions – so that we together can create the impact we’re looking for.  work with clients that we can evolve and cocreate sustainable solutions with.  focus our efforts on where we can create the most impact for our clients and for Ramboll.     So, how do we do that?  We want our clients to feel that we focus not only on their project, but on their needs, so they experience that we widen their horizons – not least within the sphere of sustainability.  We want to make sure we engage with our clients regularly including in between projects.  We want to challenge our clients constructively and inspire with new trends that is important for their success.    What do you experience is important for creating a strong partnership with clients?
