A few months into my new part-time job….. Recently I was selected as Director of Operations and Quality Control in the Diaper Division at Haynes Inc., I’ve gained insight which has helped me grow as a professional. Here are five beneficial truths I’ve further cemented in life and in business: 1.     Patience truly is a virtue. 2.     It can get messy…. breathe, proceed promptly with dignity and grace. 3.     In a collaborative effort, always be aware of your team member’s needs via communication and transparency. 4.     Not all cries are created equal- listen carefully to find the solution to the most glaring problem. 5.     The power of a smile has the ability to transcend words.

Thrilled to share that I'm starting a new module in Applied Psychology: Assessment and training! 🔍 In the assessment section, I'll be developing and executing tailored assessments based on actual job roles. This involves performing job analyses, designing assessments and conducting competency-based interviews and role-plays. The goal? To accurately evaluate and report on a candidate's talents and areas for growth. 📚 On the training front, I'm diving into creating and delivering programs aimed at talent development. This includes tackling topics like assertiveness and personal effectiveness, and mastering advanced training skills like managing resistance and facilitating role-plays. The training will be hands-on, focusing on real-world applications and continuous improvement based on feedback. I’m very excited for the things I’m gonna learn!
