If you are on a tech demo and they are showing you a slide deck and not the actual product you should be very concerned. #redflag You should see the actual product you are buying not the theory of it. Sales should not need engineers to know how to use what they are selling. Step your game up know what you are selling at its core. Be a user and your passion for the product will show in the sales presentation. Nobody cares about your ROI graph. I want to see what I am buying period.
