Having access to complete and accurate data so a health plan can make responsible decisions is the only way to create strategies to improve this situation. Employers, as the payors in the commercial world, can only have a voice if they have objective information. Then, with that voice, employers can create improved strategies to reduce medical spend waste, while applying pressure on those who are out of line, to rethink their strategies.  You do great work Brenda.
