In 2021, a group of dedicated CEOs teamed up with Shift and shared a letter to the #cycling industry as an urgent appeal to acknowledge the industry’s #responsibility in tackling #climate change and to do so collectively. More than 80 CEOs followed the call to action and signed the Shift Cycling Industry Climate Commitment. And now it is time for a follow-up! To keep track of the cycling industry’s progress on their commitments and strategies and to set a benchmark for further action, we will be launching the CLIMATE ACTION PULSE CHECK. European Parliament signed EU Cycling Declaration. Brilliant news, it's a step forward to promote cycling and secure sustainable growth. More asserting steps towards decarbonisation and sustainability should be taken, such as tracking Carbon and Water footprints in the industry.
