What does FULLY PACKAGED mean to you? For me it's all encompassing; Products, Service, Ability, Passion, Drive, Communication, Support, and more. Today, I'm going with support. During extreme supply shortages a couple years ago, I had a customer ask me for a product that was far out of our wheelhouse. He asked me because we hadn't let him down, we were always there for his company, and he knew how hard we worked to support him. When a customer is asking for help, we jump in head first. Within a week, we presented multiple solutions to the customer and they were able to keep their operation running. #Manufacturing #Purchasing #sourcingandprocurement

Have you thought of OTHER WAYS TO SAVE COST BESIDES NEGOTIATING PRICE with suppliers? Here are some ways that I can suggest: 1. Supplier bidding. With several supplier options, you can choose the supplier that offers the lowest price. 2. Rebate/discount. You can get a discount after purchasing a certain amount from a supplier or create a futures contract with a fixed purchase. 3. Choose a supplier that doesn't have additional prices beyond the basic price, such shipping fee, management fee, etc. 4. Choose goods with the best quality or warranty to avoid repurchase or maintenance cost. 5. Choose one-way delivery option for more than one order to save the cost.
