It's crucial to always keep in mind that the safe working load (SWL) limit of a forklift should never be exceeded. This limit takes into account important factors such as the forklift's capacity, the load center, and the mast tilt angle. Adhering to these limits is essential for safe operation and accident prevention. "Stay Safe"

Always adhere to the forklift's Safe Working Load (SWL) and ensure only trained and certified operators are in control. Regular training updates are essential to stay informed about new safety protocols and equipment. Before use, check the forklift for visible damage or leaks, confirm all controls, lights, and warning devices are operational, and ensure tires are properly inflated and in good condition. Maintain a clear work environment, watch for obstacles, and be mindful of floor conditions like wet or slippery surfaces. Stay alert for pedestrians and other vehicles. Never exceed the forklift's load capacity. Ensure loads are stable, balanced, and secure. Keep loads low and tilted back while moving. Always wear a seatbelt if available, drive safely, and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns. When parking, lower the forks, turn off the engine, remove the key, and engage the parking brake to prevent movement. Follow the emergency response plan in case of an incident. #ForkliftSafety #SWL #CertifiedOperators #WorkplaceSafety #LoadCapacity #SafetyFirst #EquipmentInspection #StayAlert #EmergencyPreparedness
