The first two months of 2024 are already behind us! 💡Here are 20 of our core principles and best practices for PPC as an agency for 2024: 💡 1. Starting out with a correct set-up of website conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions, offline conversion tracking and consent mode V2. 2. Using automated bidding strategies if there is sufficient conversion data available. 3. AB-testing the ad-copy. 4. Portfolio bidding strategies. 5. Using bid caps where necessary. 6. There is no such thing as a one size fits all approach. Always test new approaches. Demand Gen, Youtube Shorts, video remarketing, etc. 7. Bi-weekly or monthly client calls. Contact your clients not only when you need something. Build and strengthen that trust relationship. You'll find that this will bear fruit for both parties. 8. Use AI, however do not blindly rely on it. The AI world goes beyond just chat GPT. 9. Looker-studio/Loom reports (saves time). We at Get Lead aim to provide personalized reports for our clients. Each client is different and has preferences for different insights. 10. Build relationships with other professionals. Try to learn from people who have been in the field for years, but always with a critical eye, because even these people make mistakes. 11. Do not work with toxic clients. Just like your ex-wife… 12. Monitoring and adjusting tROAS & tCPA. 15. Treating your clients’ business as if it were your own. 16. Analyzing how visitors behave on specific landing pages by the use of UTM-tracking and heatmapping, and optimizing based on the analysis. Hotjar - Lucky orange -etc 17. When taking on a new client, always check whether all settings are optimally set (location settings, marketing goal selected, network with search partners,...). 18. Always keep learning. Google Ads is a fast-changing dynamic world. 19. Get more useful insights with scripts! 20. Always be transparent towards your clients.
