Tell them how you can help So rather than go for the resume boost, see if you can find a startup solving a problem that you yourself would want to solve. Then reach out and let them know why you think their work is interesting and that you'd like to learn more. And finally, make a proposal about how you can be valuable to the team. Ok so, let me break it down for you  grinding in a startup versus the typical 9-to-5 internship hustle. 🤔 After interning at a bunch of companies,  I recently joined this creative agency on the 18th last month.  Its just a different ballgame! I used to think internships were all about getting underpaid for the insane workload. 😫 That bubble burst real quick. These startup peeps are operating on a whole other level.   You grind harder than ever before, and the pay is even less! No weekends, no fixed hours I literally submitted a project at 4 AM last night (or was it this morning?). 🤔 But you know what? I'm digging this startup culture more. Personal growth is insane, new experiences.  This is the move, would eventually make this all worth 😁 Final Verdict Internships are cool. But these new startups?  I think they literally shape you from the ground. 🤗 #StartupGrind #NoOffDays #LateNights #FromGroundUp #KeepingItReal
