Something that is often forgotten in businesses when it relates to product design and product development is...❓ 👏 The user's needs come first. 👏 It's tough to put the business second when you are worried about your bottom line. But if you can start with the user's needs, understand their problems and pain points, and build to solve them... the business improvement will often naturally follow. When I think of the work we did at Cinchio, we made sure our products were built with the end user front and center but we kept the business and operations close in those conversations. What resulted was an easy to use guest experience, and a business that found opportunities for operational enhancements. Ultimately resulting in higher guest spending, and an improved business in many aspects. So spend the time and money, to focus on your end user. The business will follow. #productdesign #business #fridaythoughts #usercentered

If 2025 had a slogan for product teams, it would probably be: "Go big or get left behind." This is the year where efficiency, innovation, design, and user experience can’t just be “pretty good.” Nope. They all need to hit a solid 10/10. Why? Because customers, users, and stakeholders have higher expectations than ever—and honestly, they’re not wrong. Nowadays, there is a solution for just about any pain point - big or small. My favorite part of what I do is meeting with teams to hear how they’re tackling this challenge. From refining processes to prioritizing what actually matters, it’s fascinating to see what companies are focusing on. For teams focusing on workforce payments, I’ve found that even small process improvements can lead to huge wins—whether it’s cutting down payment timelines, improving transparency, or creating seamless user experiences. So, here’s the question I keep coming back to: What’s the one process improvement your team has to nail this year to stay in the game? #ProductManagement #GigEconomy #WorkforceSolutions #MarketplaceApps #UserExperience #EfficiencyMatters #TechInnovation #FutureOfWork

Building a product from scratch is intimidating. There’s so much noise - competitors, “best practices,” changing trends. When we started Syncio, we ignored all of it. It wasn’t a bold move. It was practical. Syncio was an internal tool. We didn’t care if the UI looked flashy. We just wanted it to work for us - simple, visual, and straight to the point. I believe that simplicity has become our superpower. That same UI helped us get our first 5000 merchants. And now - 7 years later - the principles that worked on Day 1 remain at the heart of our product strategy: 1️⃣ Simplicity 2️⃣ Value for money 3️⃣ Customer feedback driven-product that reinforces the first two points Our job is to stay laser-focused on solving problems for merchants - quickly, effectively, and without the fluff. If you’re building a product, here’s my advice: Don’t worry about looking like the best in the market. Focus on being the most helpful for your users. The rest will follow.

In the digital space I've noticed a trend: Companies that prioritize end-user experience in their planning consistently outperform their competitors. It's not just about the numbers anymore, it's about understanding how every small decision impacts the end-user. At Orbisary we're redefining the relationship between company image and product development, we don't just ask "Can we make this?" but rather "How will this enhance the end users' journey?". This shift has completely transformed our approach.

Building the right product starts with asking the right questions. Building a successful product is about more than just code—it’s about solving real problems that resonate with users. At Crombie, our empathy-driven approach begins with asking the critical questions that allow us to deeply understand the needs of the end user. Questions like: What are the pain points users face daily? How does our solution improve their day-to-day lives? Are we considering accessibility and inclusivity? By focusing on these questions, we develop products that don’t just function—they create value, improve lives, and build trust. This human-centered mindset has helped us deliver 30% faster product timelines and achieve 25% higher user satisfaction. It’s not just about collecting data; it’s about turning that data into meaningful insights that drive long-term success. When you start with empathy, your product development naturally aligns with the needs of users, leading to stronger relationships, higher retention rates, and overall product excellence. ➡️ Tip: When you ask the right questions and listen carefully to your users, you create products that are tailored, impactful, and most importantly, trusted. #ProductDevelopment #EmpathyDriven #TechInnovation #CrombieTech #CustomerSuccess
