I noticed something in companies I've worked with. Many struggle with retaining their customers because there's no solid relationship. That led me to start Bunce with my co-founder. When a majority of your customers stay one-time users, It shows an absence of good customer relationships. Building a strong relationship with your customers requires that you: 1/ Invest in data hygiene: Take your customer data seriously. Update contact information regularly and categorize documents well. 2/ Document processes: I can't overstress the importance of capturing details of your overall process and interactions with your customers. 3/ Engage beyond the transaction: The way to build a long-lasting relationship with your customers is to think beyond the transaction. Show genuine interest in their needs and goals. 4/ Empower your team: Engaged employees help create engaged customers. Give your team training on customer engagement practices and tools. In a nutshell: When acquiring customers, think beyond that first sale. Put in systems to build relationships that get them to use your product/service again and again.
