MAKE PEOPLE BEFORE MAKING PRODUCTS A motto that is hung on the factory walls of one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. Do you agree with that saying? At Asperio, we wholeheartedly do. It has been the mission of Asperio from the start to develop and deploy solutions that can create a long-lasting impact in the world of vocational and professional skills learning through technology. One of our product lines, AsperioSim, aims to give customers a holistic solution regarding the digitalization of human resource development in Indonesia and throughout Asia. Industry 4.0 technologies have given us benefits as a country that champions manufacturing as one of its economic pillars. We must harness the advancement of technologies in multiple aspects, including training and retraining of skilled workforces, with the help of solutions such as virtual reality and digital twins. In 2023, Asperio completed a project with PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor, an automotive manufacturer in Indonesia, to digitalize their logistic dojo. Training sections, or Dojo as they call it in Japan, are used to up-skill and re-skill new and rotating manpowers. The impact of dojo digitalization cannot be downplayed, as it contributes to the overall interactiveness and measurability of training sessions. Imagine if you can do your Forklift training with minimal space, close to zero operating cost, and track your student’s overall progression with more than 50 data points while also creating a positive impact on the environment and carbon neutrality. I won’t bore you with all of this, so let’s just hear from the users on what they say about AsperioSim. Such services have been gathered under the umbrella of Audi Hungaria Ahead Kft. that got the #Award for #Largest #Training Program. Under a project in value of 4 million euros some 500 colleagues can enhance their competences. Now is the time for an important reminder: as of 2024 the maximum #training #aid has been increased to 3 million euros. So, now is the time to invest in #upskilling!
