𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝’𝐬 9 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐰 Did you know the world's most iconic buildings have morphed over the years? Let's do a quick time travel. 🚀 We have structures like the Flatiron Building and the Taj Mahal that have evolved both physically and culturally over decades, sometimes even centuries! They're not just buildings; they're symbols of their respective cities and countries. Take the Flatiron Building in NYC. Since 1902, its unique triangle design has been a standout. But over the years, it's seen changes. A public plaza, food kiosks, seasonal decorations, and more are now part of its landscape. Or the Eiffel Tower. Since 1888, it's had countless transformations. These buildings serve as beacons of discovery, showcasing history and culture. They've become more than just tourist attractions. They're living, breathing parts of our communities. Key Takeaways: 1. Iconic buildings are more than stone and mortar. They're symbols of identity and culture. 2. Over time, these structures evolve, reflecting changes in society and our needs. 3. These buildings tell a tale, offering a deep dive into history and culture. How do you see our modern architecture evolving in the next 50 years? Innovation marketing for high-end market, with the mission of transforming the marketing and communications of heritage and modern brands into assets that generate growth | Supporter of the culture of modern business
All around the table. This space is not new to me, and on each visit, I encounter a form of cultural enrichment. Its steadfast adherence to the original mission makes it exceptionally contemporary and, evidently, of great utility and value. Hochparterre Bücher in Zurich stands as a premier destination for publications in the realms of architecture and furniture design. It serves as a place to peruse, examine, read, discover, and marvel at extraordinary and rare books and volumes. The store attracts a multitude of returning customers, drawing in design enthusiasts who share a passion for its offerings. With a collection boasting over 3,000 titles, this bookstore is conveniently situated in close proximity to architecture studios such as Hildebrand, KCAP Architects & Planners, Ruprecht Architekten, Jomini Zimmermann, CLARC Architekten, Rob Technologies, and Singular. P.S.: The spaceship-like table is truly captivating. # 198 MODERN CULTURE, Switzerland 👇 The link to the featured news is in the first comment below. Urban shift. If you happened to miss it, some time ago in Milan, a cinema underwent a transformation into a sports-oriented complex. I had the chance to visit it a few months back, and it's fascinating to envision the space both as a cinema and now as a center for sporting activities. The new function has had a positive impact on the neighborhood, offering fresh activities and opportunities for community engagement without disrupting its relationship with the surroundings. The redevelopment project by Deamicis Architetti, totaling about 5000 square meters, has preserved the perimeter and volume of the existing building, with its 1930s facade, aiming to clarify the relationships between the different parts of the complex by assigning specific roles to the existing volumes: the entrance volume serves as the point of contact with the city and historical memory, while the large hall represents the building's rebirth. 🙌 What’s your take? # 301 ARCHITECTURE, Italy 👉 More contents on our website, the link to the featured news is in the first comment below. 🎯 If you want to learn more about our transformative approach to generating growth (yes, what we call innovation marketing!), feel free to write us privately. deamicisarchitetti, Rossella Destefani More about this topics follow #MaurizioRibotti #innovationmarketing #cultureofmodernbusiness #luxury #premium #lifestyle #DRUMROLL --- All rights and credits are reserved to the respective owner(s). Davos is always top of the agenda in January. As we start our 23rd year of operations, we like to reflect on the many innovative projects we’ve been fortunate to contribute to. After three years of difficult development, we finally opened 11 years ago, this large rooftop restaurant-bar-cigar lounge on top of what was the InterContinental Davos. Henry Chebaane created another timeless yet original design concept that is still so relevant to its location (Graubüdnen/Grisons) that despite ownership and flag changes, the interiors remain untouched until today. That’s what we call the BLUE SKY WAY: creating long lasting value for owners and operators, from original solutions. #designthinkers #futuretrends #innovationculture #hospitalitydesign #brandstrategy #conceptdesign #conceptdevelopment #assetmanagement

"A curated view of where innovation is happening in marketing today, why it matters, and how it is transforming modern business". --- Contemporary kiosks. Some interventions in the urban fabric can radically transform the perception of a square, a street, or a commercial activity. I want to highlight this one, which concerns architecture, design, and especially creativity. The French studio Heams & Michel Architectes has developed an interesting idea for a public square in Cannes, creating seven prefabricated kiosks with geometric aluminum lattices that can be adapted to various uses. Despite their identical design, the pavilions are used as fast food kiosks, one as service storage, and one containing public toilets. Another two pavilions will be used by bowlers, who frequently play this sport in the public space around the structures. Called 7 Kiosks, the project is part of a broader effort to renovate the Allées de la Liberté, a street between the port and the old town that hosts local markets. The structures are closed when not in use and are equipped with light strips to illuminate the public area at night. 🙌 What’s your take? # 339 ARCHITECTURE, France 👉 More content on our website and subscribe to the weekly newsletter; the link to the featured news is in the first comment below. 🎯 If you want to learn more about our transformative approach to generating growth (yes, what we call innovation marketing!), feel free to write us privately.
