If you have an LT / Owners who believe “good people practices are good for business”,then HR plays a massive role and will have a key seat at the LT table. If they do not believe this or their actions show they don’t, then HR will have an uphill battle all the way.

Love the picture Simon Benson and great to see you in Perth! One of the things that's interesting in the aligning of people and culture is when there are large numbers of contractors in the workforce as we often see with mining organisations here in WA.
