You need to understand who they are and what they want. And this comes via listening and not speaking. So, how are you going about this? How are you engaging with your customers or patients to understand their needs? 🔔 If you are a healthcare facility, consider engaging them after their outpatient visit to learn how the experience was. Let them share with you what was pleasant as well as what can be improved. 🔔 Design feedback cards and leave by the reception area. Encourage them to complete these as they depart from your premises. 🔔 How about your website?
