In recent times, there has been strong support for the adoption of institutional #arbitration in domestic #disputes especially following establishment of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration, New Delhi International Arbitration Centre and others. NEW IBA GUIDELINES ON CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. International Bar Association (IBA) Arbitration Committee has published a revised version of the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration. The new Guidelines bring the 2014 version up to date without altering their core principles.
