📣 The Talent Business Incubator Step Up with the support of the Macedonian Human Resources Association together with several bi-lateral chambers and other supporters organizes a Hu-Ca-Thon, the Human Capital working group series: ✅ Sourcing: how and where to promote the job offers (23 May) ✅ Compensations & Benefits: what to offer employees (31 May) ✅ Retention: measures to keep the employees in the company (14 June) ✅ Training & professional education (28 June). ❓ Why? Everyone complains about lack of qualified workforce. WE want to do something about it. ❓ How? Everyone likes to talk. WE want to list solutions, share comments about these solutions and make this swarm knowledge available to all our supporters. ❓ Who? Everyone who likes to work hard, contributes and engages. WE will select to have a certain ‘diversity’ by industry and background. Essentially, we encourage HR professionals or managers with an HR role with experience. ❓ What? There is always a lot of paper. WE will work as digital as possible, the working groups will be in person only. The result will be digitally available to all participants and supporters. ⏱ The first on-line meeting with more details will take place on the April 25 at 10:00 at the following link: https://lnkd.in/d6Mxqe9c #HR #Humancapital #HuCaThon

Networking is more about what you give, than what you get. Networking is more about how you can help others succeed, than finding your new sales target. Networking is the long game with the power of building a deep and wide network of people that can be a resource for yourself and your connections. #longgame #networking #bni #giversgain #bipt

Transformation is BUSINESS!
At Ziyana Group, we are honored to lead the Employment Equity Training for PepsiCo's Employment Equity Committees. Our training is designed to empower organizations like PepsiCo to drive inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplaces. Through this initiative, we aim to equip PepsiCo's committee members with the knowledge and skills to champion employment equity within the organization. Employment equity training covers essential topics such as legislation understanding, bias identification, and inclusive recruitment practices. It is a key driver of creating fair opportunities for historically disadvantaged groups and fostering a workplace culture that embraces diversity. In the South African context, where historical inequities persist, this training is pivotal. By providing the Employment Equity Committee with the tools to challenge systemic barriers and promote an inclusive environment, we collectively contribute to a more equitable society. Our commitment to transformation and employment equity training aligns with the vision of building a workforce that reflects South Africa's rich diversity. We believe that through initiatives like this, businesses can lead the way in fostering a truly inclusive and equitable society. #ZiyanaGroup #EquityTraining #InclusiveWorkplaces #DiversityandInclusion #SouthAfrica #PepsiCo

According to ZMG Ward Howell’s RTI Team, in support of the government’s goal of increasing the country’s employment rate, “Project Jobs” was launched by the Employers Confederation of the Philippines in partnership with other business groups such as the Philippine Exporters Confederation and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This initiative aims to generate over a million new jobs for Filipinos and to attract more business opportunities through expansions from local and international investors. With more jobs expected to be created in 2024, employers must be ready to adapt new recruitment and retention strategies as the competition for talent further intensifies and new hiring challenges emerge. Developments in the talent landscape such as candidate expectations, in demand functions, and trends in capability development and artificial intelligence should also be monitored to be able to maintain a competitive advantage. To address this, organizations can rely on talent intelligence to help strengthen its ability to respond to the challenges of the new year. Through a data-driven approach, companies can create efficient and future-proofed strategies that will help address their unique needs in the areas of talent acquisition and retention.
