It’s official: I’m buying part of the Seattle skyline… No, not the space needle. Though it’s only two blocks from it. A project currently owned by one of the most successful real estate conglomerates in the region. That means we are inheriting a well-maintained asset and doing business with a company that values its reputation in the market. I am more than thrilled to lead this acquisition. What am I looking forward to even more? Right-sizing the operations. Spending time optimizing it to create a margin machine.
