In the AI era, visionary leaders are recognizing the power of leveraging AI not just as a tool but as a strategic ally in enhancing leadership effectiveness. The last part of ur post..well this is what even I am trying to figure out... Questions will be like - I am part of a company which is big with it's multiple business lines. How do I pitch the importance of AI in it's future road map. Secondly, what do I do as an individual. How do I enable both me and my team to adopt AI. Specially in a world where something which you dream to innovate one night comes to you as a de ja vu next morning where Open AI comes up with a product which does the same thing

Well said… I think as with every role leaders should use AI to augment them, be their assistant. Automate everything what is possible. Leverage chatbots like a regular assistant. However what I also see is that own AI adoption among managers is not that really high. Many talk about it. Better would be to be open for change to push AI wherever possible. And to push the adoption the own context. Otherwise others will do it.

I let AI manage my calendar, and suddenly, I'm meeting with myself for 'strategic reflection.' I'm booked for the next decade! But seriously (and ironically), it's been a game-changer in humanizing complex jargon across departments. It's like having a translator for business, marketing, and tech. What about you, Jochen? Any clever uses of AI in your leadership toolkit?
