“I CANT DO THIS ANYMORE!!” I felt hopeless, stressed and overwhelmed…how did I get here? The stressors of corporate America had gotten to me. After almost three years of non stop working I burned out….HARD. Turns out I am not the only one. Pre-COVID I began building a community funded wellness space for BIPOC. I taught meditation, offered wellness circles and energy healing services to my community all throughout the pandemic. In doing that and putting in a LOT of my own funds I still needed more money for this space to not just survive but to thrive. I had to pause my souls work to earn revenue to be able to eventually return to this work due to lack of funding* ❗ Y’all I did not think it would take almost three years to get back here. 🧠 On this very last day of mental health awareness month I am launching the renewed vision for my soul work through BALM Private Practice. I am beginning again, the return to my souls work is here. I have always been a bringer of light and so I will continue this work through a few healing modalities.
