Many solutions were offered and the panelists rose to my urgent call to action at the conclusion to this 3 day summit. Measuring the impact of Whole Person Care can be approached by tracking improvements in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement, but also jail and repeat hospitalizations for complete data collection. We need to develop surveys or tools to capture feedback from individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and their caregivers (or neighbors) on their holistic care experiences.
