CAMPUS AMBASSADOR INTERNSHIPS – Scam or Legit Straight and Harsh pointers ahead: Campus Ambassador Internship is 99% waste if: -> It asks you to do Complex, Multifunctional, and Technical tasks like sharing messages in the WhatsApp Groups (and sharing the evidence – the screenshots) -> It is provided by a big company name or institutions just to act as volunteers (like IITs, IIMs) (Baki college ke naam lunga, to vivaad ho jayega) -> It mandates selling of services/products (mostly courses) in order to get their certificates or LORs -> It pays you on performance basis only (no fixed stipend) – Not always bad (go for it if, you like selling, the commission percentage is good, product/service is in good demand) 1%, when Campus Ambassador Internship can be good: -> It involves you into the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 related to your own or assigned campus -> It 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀); not only on the basis of Sales -> It allows you to 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘆 with people across campuses. -> It allows you to 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 based on your skills, and interests (even I promoted some campus ambassadors to video editors, graphic designers, and finance after evaluating their work). Such internships (in most of the cases) are actually not even Internships by nature. These are just marketing campaigns which one becomes part of. So, what to do? ✅ Prefer other Internships over Campus Ambassador ones ✅ Upskill yourself to fill the gap between you and a good Internship (Nhi pta kaise? DM me) ✅ If you don’t have any other option and the CA Internship lies in the 1% case, go for it ✅ Still not the case? - Baitho and Padho (way better than wasting time on useless internships) Share it with your friends and let’s end this confusion. #campusambassador #internships #sales LinkedIn LinkedIn Guide to Creating

How to build a brand as a college student.. Going into the corporate world Let’s be real and honest. We’ve all been there. We stare at our screens with an empty linkedln page and you dont know where to start. Maybe you’re a junior or senior in college, and graduation is just months away. Here’s how I would simplify it and make things easier: 1. Take your resume, and put all the experiences you have on Linkedin 2. Complete a couple of LinkedIn Learning that are relevant to your career 3. Create a headline, an about me section and banner image that reflect your BEST skills, the career you want, and an action you want people to take when they get to your profile. 4. In regards to content, keep it simple. Post about the lessons you learned in your past internship, a story about your journey, and maybe a cool passion you have. 5. Lastly, connect, follow and message 5 people that have the job you want. If you are in corporate already, what advice do you have for college students? Lets talk in the comments! 📲 #college #personalbrand #brand #marketing #internship #linkedin

As students, the prospect of internships opens up a world of opportunities. Today, let's discuss a crucial decision: opting for a virtual or in-person internship. Here's my perspective on this choice: For me, an in-person internship holds a special place, and here's why: 🤝 Building Relationships: Being physically present in the workplace allows you to forge genuine connections with colleagues, mentors, and supervisors. These relationships often extend beyond the internship and can be invaluable for your career. 👥 Enhanced Collaboration: In-person internships promote seamless collaboration. It's easier to brainstorm ideas, seek guidance, and work closely with team members, which can lead to a more productive and enriching experience. 📅 Accountability and Structure: The structured environment of an office space tends to foster discipline and accountability. It helps you adhere to schedules and deadlines more effectively. 🔊 Face-to-Face Learning: There's no substitute for face-to-face interactions when it comes to learning. Observing professionals in action, attending meetings, and participating in discussions offer invaluable insights that virtual settings can't entirely replicate. However, the choice depends on individual circumstances and preferences. Virtual internships offer flexibility and accessibility, making them suitable for various situations. So, if you're at the crossroads of this decision, consider your goals, the type of experience you're seeking, and the specific internship opportunity. Are you inclined towards in-person interactions to build relationships, or does the virtual landscape align better with your needs? Share your thoughts on your internship preference! 🌟 #Internship #CareerChoices #licampustocareer
