Production speed is the most important aspect beside quality. So a little less polished content is way more preferable than a polished content that takes ages to produce. So don't worry about content quality when you start. It will come. Most important is to produce, daily !

Some great advice here.
With the new term underway, many of us are tackling new projects or challenges. That's why we've put together our advice for starting a new project, from the Just Content team... Here are our top tips! 👇 👉 Learn about the client, in order to get a clear picture of their priorities and values. 👉 Make sure you have a written brief that matches the client’s expectations of the scope of work. 👉 Read and re-read the brief and highlight the main jobs in order of priority. 👉 Clarify queries as early as possible. 👉 Make sure you can access any supplied documents or digital platforms – don’t wait until the day the project is due to start! 👉 If you have a lot of material to work with, group tabs for easy access and have a clear system for your files and folders. 👉 Start a style sheet early on editorial projects, with key spellings and style points at the top. Get fed up of copying and pasting the same text into 30 different documents? Same here. When you need to make a simple update, it should be simple to implement the change. Not only can it take weeks to find all the variations and documents that are affected by a change. But the reviews and approvals can take an age too. This is why we love structured content. In this example using structured source content all documents that use the text you are updating can be automatically updated in compliance with change control processes. It takes just 6 hours to complete the changes that would have taken you 120 hours. So if you want to find out how you can save 114 hours per change... Speak to our content strategist Rahel from Technically Write IT who'll help you on your content operations journey. #StructuredContent #ContentStrategy #ContentOperations

Our content creation process from start to finish in 5 steps: 1. Idea generation (brain dump, trend research) 2. Content planning (decide topics, formats, platforms) 3. Creation (writing, designing, recording) 4. Review and edit (quality check, alignment with brand voice) 5. Schedule and monitor (use tools to post, track performance) That's our process. What's yours?
