When the AEI team comes together, it’s never just another meeting. On 14th September, we reflected, recharged, and mapped out the final quarter of the year, all while growing together as a team. We explored the future of our initiatives; SkillUp, ReadUp, and Motivate and Equip, asking ourselves: how can we make a bigger impact? Alongside strategy, we focused on personal growth, updating our LinkedIn profiles and preparing for our upcoming Workforce Readiness Workshops under SkillUp.
