🪄..AMAZON FEE MAGIC SHOW..🪄 Now you see it….. Now you don’t….. Well this is new and it’s kind of adding more salt to the wound...🧂 Through our current shipping plan testing at SKUdrop, we have noticed for smaller inbound shipments, when creating an inbound shipping plan in SC, Amazon are now not even allowing or displaying the “Amazon Optimized Shipment Splits” (no fee) option….or even the “Partial Shipment Splits”, forcing sellers to only be able to opt in for their “Minimal Shipment Splits”, which as we know incurs the full new Inventory Placement Fee (screenshots below). The killer blow…..🫣 This only happens when you have a US ship from address. More Chinese advantages and incentives being stacked their way…🤯🤷🏼♂️ Change the ship from address to China (screenshot below), and all of a sudden…like something out of a David Copperfield show, a whole new world of “NO FEE” options using AMP (Amazon Managed Placement) shipping from China start to magically appear…🔮✨ Further….if you are sending decent amounts of volume from China to the US, this AMP thing with AGL, we kind of can’t ignore now. Mixed SKU’s, mixed size tiers and no IPF!! It’s the elephant in the room that needs to be discussed…🐘 With our FCL testing comparisons, there are $1000’s and almost $10’s of thousands to be saved in some cases. Even with decent LCL freight volumes there’s $1000’s on the table per shipment…💰 So how do you get in on the action? What if you don’t want to send everything you manufacture in China in one hit? SKUdrop can help facilitate all this and prep as you need. It’s what we do everyday, drip feeding our customers weekly orders into Amazon. Send inventory as frequent as you need all through our software. There is now a way you can eliminate all these fees shipping and that is ship direct from China as the Chinese seller do!!! There’ll also be a time very soon IMO, where software aiding your US shipping plans (we still don’t know if anyone will be getting charged for their current plans either just quietly) with power claims of avoiding fees will come to an end. Sooner than we may all think, with the older MWS API about to be pulled. One can’t help think that it was all part of their plan. Anyone storing in the US will be hit with the fees…and they will rise over time. AWD is their grand plan, but handing the keys over to your business to Amazon, with what I’m reading in groups and forums, it ain’t great. I haven’t used the service myself, so I can’t really comment. Just the word on the street and it’s not hard to find feedback. SKUdrop is launching some really cool new UI in the coming weeks to help facilitate this whole AMP shipping program within our customers dashboards. Happy to discuss with anyone wanting to know more. Reach out no problems at all…🙏🏼 #inventorymanagement #amazonfba #amazonseller #chinawarehouse #logistics #supplychain

How our client discovered hidden fees and saved their Amazon profits! About a year ago, we had a client who connected to our software, and during the initial walkthrough, we noticed they were paying a significant amount in Amazon FBA storage fees. They had no idea that their storage costs had increased due to products sitting too long, especially in Q4 those costs just went out through the roof. In fact, about 15% of their revenue was going toward storage fees. After connecting with My Real Profit, they were shocked to discover that while it looked like they were making money, their profits were being wiped out by unexpected costs. There was no profit margin, and they struggled to understand why. The issue? They weren’t using any tracking software to monitor their expenses . Amazon charges around 70 different fees, and if you're not tracking them weekly, hidden costs will sneak up on your transaction report. To avoid this: 1️⃣ Use MyRealProfit to monitor all your fees. 2️⃣ Regularly download Amazon’s Transaction Report from the Reports Repository or the Date Range Report. If you want to take charge of your Amazon profits and track fees, My Real Profit can help you! Interested? 🚀 Helping Amazon Brand Owners Launch, Scale, and Exit for Millions Through Strategic Consulting | CEO and Founder of Black Label Advisor | x1 Amazon Exit | Texan | Featured: Forbes, CNN, Bloomberg
🚨 BREAKING 🚨 I've seen one too many really bad takes on the news that Amazon is going to start reimbursing you for lost FBA inventory. Historically, this is something that third-party software companies like GETIDA do, and boy, are they good at it. Is this going to kill off third-party software? NO WAY! Amazon misses things. They miss a lot. It's actually criminal how much they miss. From now, on, sellers are going to have even less time to audit Amazon's actions. This is where software solutions like GETIDA come in. Amazon is going to squeeze the deadlines and if Amazon makes a mistake, sorry but you're out of luck! Don't let that be you. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER trust Amazon. What is the meaning of product coming on amazon choice !! Is it just High Ratings and Positive Reviews or something else. Let's check this out!! Link ➙ https://lnkd.in/gWHF3bAD "#Amazonchoice" is a label that Amazon assigns to certain products to help customers find items that are highly rated, well-priced, and available for shipping. This designation is meant to streamline the shopping experience for customers, making it easier for them to make confident and informed purchasing decisions. The criteria for receiving the "Amazon's Choice" label may include:- ✔High Ratings and Positive Reviews: Products with a significant number of positive reviews and high ratings are more likely to receive the "Amazon's Choice" label. ✔Competitive Pricing: Amazon tends to favor products that are competitively priced, offering good value for money. ✔Availability and Fast Shipping: Products eligible for Amazon Prime or products with fast and reliable shipping options may be more likely to receive the "Amazon's Choice" designation. ✔Relevance to Customer Queries: The algorithm takes into account how well a product matches customer search queries. If a product is frequently searched for and meets other criteria, it may receive the "Amazon's Choice" label. ✔Low Return Rate: Products with lower return rates are often preferred. This suggests that customers are satisfied with their purchases. It's important to note that the "Amazon's Choice" label is not an endorsement by Amazon of a particular product's quality or performance. Instead, it is a tool to assist customers in finding products that meet certain criteria and are likely to be popular and well-received. Customers should still review product details, read reviews, and consider their specific needs before making a purchase. Additionally, the availability of the "Amazon's Choice" label can change over time as products and customer reviews evolve. Link ➙ https://lnkd.in/gWHF3bAD
