I want to address a common concern that comes up when you begin talking about systemized innovation. People begin to question if you should put a system on creativity. It almost sounds counterintuitive. But something I learned in design school is a great example of how, with the right systems, you can nurture creativity and, more importantly, capture it. Because a bunch of ideas don't help if you can't act on them. Being innovative isn't just about 'having' ideas. It's about creating a framework to help generate, capture, and measure those ideas.

//MOST FAVORITE INNOVATION STRATEGY UNVEILED Being in the innovation sector for so many years, I honestly have seen it all. What I have actually seen the most often is precisely this strategy you see in the comic. It's not intentional, but due to _corporate hierarchies _corporate bureaucracy _corporate decision making very often, it takes months to years before the first actions take place. We urgently need a new understanding of innovation. Its not about that one single project we are investing millions and years in. It's all about numerous experiments. _Serial testing _Rapid prototyping _Getting out of the building Everything else might statistically not lead to the results wanted. P.S. If you prefer to stick with the traditional approach to innovation, you can even do nothing and wait for the magical thing to happen.
