If you have spoken to me in the last 3 years, you know that the principles of Syntropic Enterprise give me hope for our future in these times. Principles to help you to design an enterprise (work, family, community), find your direction and speak to power. Now you have the opportunity to be introduced to them in person with the founder of Syntropic World, Christine McDougall!
Syntropic World's founder (me, Christine McDougall) is finally coming to Europe. I am so excited to be facilitating this event next week in Dusseldorf. Even more excited to meet people I have only known by Zoom in person. Let there be real hugs and handshakes. Thank you to FOM-CIBE - Center of Innovation, Business Dev. & Entrepreneurship for hosting, for Michael Friebe for arranging. This event is OPEN to the public. Students get attendance at no fee.

Well, Jennifer Crowley and Barry Hillier did a post-review after our earlier eQuo#CPG Founder's Circle.
It was a really good hour, and it ran 20 minutes past the scheduled close as we just kept talking as a group.
It was different than I imagined. It really delved into how we were all doing personally as founders, and it became a water cooler discussion.
It turned to "business issues" by the end, but the group felt that having a place to "be" with other founders had value.
One suggestion was to create some guidelines but to allow the meetings to be organic.
We worked on these as a result of that feedback...
eQuo CPG Founder Circles: Guiding Principles
Safe Haven for Founders
No Recording Policy
Watercooler Atmosphere
Open Forum for Sharing
Peer-to-Peer Learning
Mutual Support Network
Equal Voice
Constructive Atmosphere
We are holding these meetings once a week, and you can register at https://lnkd.in/g66Mvnqe
All #CPG founders and anyone involved in the industry are welcome to attend. But if you want to attend, and are outside the vertical, you are still very welcome.
Please join our CPG community at www.equoshift.com
It's free, and we have educational sessions, peer support and other resources to help CPG companies grow, and to help founders through mutual support.

Our Nobellum team was proud to be a part of the Black Innovation Zone at the Elevate Festival. This event serves as a hub where entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders come together to push the boundaries of what's possible. The energy and the innovation on display was truly inspiring!
We were especially proud to support the incredible founders from our Jamaican Delegation, who confidently pitched their ventures for award prizes. Their passion and drive reminded me of the importance of stepping out and making your mark.
Putting yourself out there, whether it’s in front of a panel of investors or a room full of peers, takes guts—but it’s essential for growth.
As entrepreneurs, it’s easy to get caught up in the challenges of building a company, but moments like these reaffirm why we do what we do.
Confidence in your vision and company is key. Trust in what you’re building, take those opportunities to showcase it, and watch your hard work open doors.
To all founders out there: Keep pushing. Keep pitching. You never know when the next big opportunity will come your way!
