Your Aflac path to management could begin now. What are you waiting for? Reach out to me today to learn about the Aflac Opportunity!
Spending the last two days with our district coordinator team has been a blast. When I took this role at the beginning of the year, one of my goals was to help pour more time and energy into this level of our team. Their eagerness to take their businesses to the next level inspires and re-energizes me. Team Dakota is on fire and we're just getting started...🔥 #aflac #teamdakota #growthmindset #toptalent Jennifer Wheeler Heidi Alfson Mike Evans Loren Ranson Sloane Muehler Sasha Campbell Chris Gustafson Cassidy Goldstine Eric Palmer Wendy Swartz Kayla Schad Bridget Schapp Sarah Thorson Cindy Goettle Devin Barton Brian Dorff Megan Klasi Melissa Beck Kristi Endres Travis Ronke Lynne Duhaime

I help high performers show up better in every communication scenario | Keynote Speaker | Communications Skills Consultant | Customer Experience Consultant | Ross on Jury Duty (Amazon Prime) | Paid to not be on SNL |
Dave Resseguie is the real deal. He helped me shape the framework of my business. He was also integral in shifting my mindset from scarcity to abundance. #shoutout #testimonial #businessplan
Founder & Chief Shepherd | We teach the habits and disciplines that drive early productivity and high retention.
Clients come in a variety of niche areas! Not all of them are nominated for Emmy’s and Golden Globe’s though. Exceptionally grateful for Ross Kimball and our work together! I feel like I have learned and implemented more from him than he probably has from me. This relationship is the epitome of a win-win!

Probably not. Love or hate him, Carmelo Anthony wasn't known for making his teammates better. He consistently had a high usage rate and a relatively low assist rate. Layman’s terms – he had the ball a lot and didn’t pass often. Friedman Vartolo LLP has had our share of Carmelos. Once, we had an employee who could do the work of three individuals but had a horrible attitude, and no one wanted to work with her. When we were smaller, it worked. She filled the needs of a three-person team on her own. As we grew and the department had to grow, we found that every individual paired with her suffered and could not progress. The reality is that when you’re a smaller company, you may be able to survive a negative individual or two. As you grow, those negative people become more harmful because they impact more people. At Friedman Vartolo LLP, we’re always looking for great workers, but we’re even more concerned with finding people capable of being a part of a great team. #GreatEmployeesAreGreatGreatTeamsAreGreater #FVAbsolutes #SuccessFollowsCulture #SuccessIsNotAnIsland #FriedmanVartolo
