I ever met a client at expo. He uses Cantilever Racking, and is quite professional on it. For Single Sided Cantilever, when upright is high, or arm loading is heavy, the upright deflection becomes very big. To ensure the racking stability, normally we add extra bracing and connect on the ground. While for Double Sided Cantilever, as the cargo are placed at the both sides, it doesn't have such problem. We talked about this topic, and I told the client about the above idea. Client said: I think extra bracing is not enough, I need top tie to connect uprights, because people places cargo freely, it's hard to request them to place at the both sides. I agree with the client. Extra bracing is based on our calculation and theoretical data. We live in a constant state of coupons and deals. No one goes to a craft store without a coupon because we all expect to receive at least 25% off our purchase.
