First, let's remind them that when we talk about the disability community, we're talking about over a billion people globally, over 60 million people in the US alone. And this is an audience that is really not being considered in a lot of the creation of products, services, and marketing. So start with those numbers and ask yourself if you can afford to ignore a market that large.
