A cloud-based digital accessibility platform helping businesses of all sizes build inclusive and compliant websites.

About us

We believe there are too many barriers for people with disabilities. And while, in the physical world we’ve made progress, in digital, which is how the world works today, we have too many roadblocks instead of onramps. Far too few know that digital accessibility is as much of a protected right as the disability laws that protect people in our physical lives. That’s why we’re here. To ensure the digital future we build, is inclusive. To break down barriers to digital access. We’re here to make sure your teams are successful in complying with local, state, and federal regulations. Successful in implementing needed operational, content, and code changes. And successful in protecting your company’s brand reputation, by ensuring digital experiences work for all. It’s why we pair certified accessibility experts with AI-based automation technology. It’s why our SaaS platform can be tailored; providing customizable solutions that scale. Why we’re flexible and offer the ability to deliver scalable fixes directly into a code base for those that want it or a customizable platform with tools with expert guidance for those wanting to do it themselves. It’s why we employ and partner with members of the disability community, ensuring our solutions actually work for those that depend on them. We’d love to talk about how we can work together to make the way the world works, work for all.

"When you design to include people with disabilities, you not only make their lives easier, but you enhance the user experience for everyone else who will use your product or service or visit your website or app. It gives you the opportunity to reach a huge, mostly untapped, market of highly loyal consumers who are ready to engage with inclusive products and services to the point that they will advocate for businesses willing to make the effort." -Maxwell Ivey, "The Blind Blogger", one of our latest HearSay Shorts guests. In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (#NDEAM), we must acknowledge that some employers miss the full potential people with disabilities bring to the table. Too often, assumptions limit opportunities, overshadowing creativity and problem-solving skills. A true commitment to inclusion involves consulting with the disability community, learning from their collective knowledge, and recognizing the value they add to various roles. That’s why we are honored to work alongside the A11iance community for our core products, ensuring that lived experiences are central to our approach to digital accessibility. Together, we're building a more inclusive digital world and a world that works for all. Learn more about our work with the community and how we uncover more accessibility issues with expert human testing at https://lnkd.in/ebfv42v7. I would also like to see them making a greater effort to consult with the disability community(s) to learn what collective knowledge and skills disabled people have gained in general and in performing the jobs they want filling.” - Carley Mullin, A11iance Member #NDEAM #DisabilityEmployment #DigitalInclusion #TeamAudioEye

Attract your audience with visuals that represent the population at large. That means including images with people across spectrums of age, race, gender, and ability. For example: If 30% of your audience is over the age of 65, 30% of the people featured in your ad creative should be over the age of 65. The same principle applies to other characteristics like race, gender, and disability. 1 in 4 adults in the United States experience a disability. When designing inclusive campaign materials, don’t forget the largest minority group in America. That's the average number of accessibility errors on a typical web page. For businesses, this lack of accessibility doesn't just mean missed sales, lost customers, or poor reviews. It also exposes them to the risk of lawsuits and monetary damages. So, where do you start? Introducing, AudioEye—a complete solution for digital accessibility. Combining the latest AI automation technology with real user testing, powerful developer tools, and industry-leading legal protection. Our easy-to-install digital accessibility platform helps you scale accessibility for your organization by continuously monitoring your site's accessibility and automatically fixing many issues before they impact your customers. However, automation alone cannot find or fix every accessibility issue, no matter what some accessibility vendors claim. Some issues can only be identified or solved by people, which is why we offer expert audits for your most important web pages. Our team works with the industry's largest group of people with disabilities to verify each automated fix and uncover additional accessibility issues, using the same assistive technologies as your customers. And we don't just give you a long list of things to fix alone. Instead, our team of certified accessibility experts write custom code-based fixes for your trickiest accessibility challenges. Finally, our developer tools help your teams build for accessibility by testing new code against the latest accessibility standards so you can ship accessible, compliant digital experiences from the beginning. Let us show you how AudioEye can help open your digital doors to a community of loyal customers, turning a compliance checkbox into a competitive advantage. Because of this, I struggled to make friends or to fit in. I would say this is the greater problem since I was able to find a job even without a college education, but the damage that the other kids inflicted on me emotionally is something I have to live with for the rest of my life. I find it extremely difficult to socialize even now, as an adult, 15+ years later."- Desiree Oudinot"

Inaccessible user experiences often get released because companies try to check the digital accessibility box after a product is made. Gerard Cohen, Digital Accessibility Leader at Atlassian, shares his experiences incorporating accessible design from the get-go. Hint: it’s exactly what you expect. The greatest successes for accessible user experiences came when accessibility practices were top of mind at the beginning of a project, not the end. Check out our episode to learn more! Find the episode on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/eBb7ParT Spotify: https://lnkd.in/evtCw7s4 Apple: https://lnkd.in/ePpuS6jt Video Description: Video Description: Gerard Cohen, Digital Accessibility Lead at Atlassian, and Mike Paciello, Chief Accessibility Officer at AudioEye, look at the camera on a dark purple background with “HearSay: Guest: Gerard Cohen." Transcript: When you wait till the end, a lot of times the people that were there at the beginning—whether they were project managers or designers—have already moved on to different projects. Those decisions have already been made and approved. In order to say, "We didn't hit the goal here; we missed a very important factor," it's hard to make the decision to roll back. This is often why you see experiences that may not be the most accessible actually make it out into the real world.
