This is how I like to run my OAC Meetings: Ensure an agenda is created and distributed before the meeting. 📩 Make sure to include the following: -2 week look ahead 📆 -RFI log ❓ -Submittal log 🗂️ -Issues log 📝 -PCO and CO logs 💰 Aside from these I discuss current project developments and inspections highlighting the items that would require the Owner or Architect’s assistance. By the end of the meeting I like to schedule the next meeting, making sure everyone is available and that the calendar invite is created. Lastly, I finish the meeting asking if there are any questions or recommendations that we can use to improve our services. Luckily virtual OAC Meetings are much more efficient, which allows us to share screens showing the plans and doing markups as the meeting develops. Do you run your meetings differently? I would like to know if you add or discuss other items I did not mentioned . Please let me know in the comments, I’m curious to know!
