I'm late in sharing this, but so proud of the work we did with our colleagues at Truth Initiative, and with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. While we tobacco-researchers are well-aware of the industry's history of targeting their marketing to youth and communities of color, we found that a small minority of youth and young adults saw this targeting as a social justice issue. At the same time, a significant majority supported policies to ban menthol and other flavored tobacco products.
