Some fascinating recruiting trends in this report I came across by recruiting platform provider Ashby. 💥 The threefold rise in candidate applications per job captured here is striking. 💥 As is the 40% increase in candidates being interviewed for each role. Taken in combination, that means candidates are facing more competition to secure an interview... and more competition at interview to get through to the final rounds of interview. 💥 Hires from job boards have also halved during this period, which correlates with many discussion threads I've seen here - where recruiters have been questioning whether they'll continue with their job board spend.
