5moI have a question. From surplus WW II materials to large radiation ☢️ leaks to EXXON VALDIZE oil spills to the World Trade Center debris, a statement is issued that the salvage junk ‘will be removed and destroyed.’ Since all materials degrade to their base elements, exactly how is this junk ‘environmentally’ stored for its lifetime??
