Back in 2020, I sketched out this vision I had for my voice of customer program that had the following integrated: 1. Journey map 2. Opportunity backlog (To act on gaps, generate strategic themes) 3. Continuous discovery process (built-in) Once I launched my VoC program in 2021, I had some things right, but I had to modify others. I have learned so much since this sketch. Understanding the customers you serve is much work but incredibly rewarding.
