SoLa Impact is honored to receive the Community Impact Award at the Los Angeles Business Council Award Ceremony. It has particular meaning to be recognized jointly by LA’s new Chief of Housing and Homelessness, Lourdes Castro Ramirez (pictured) as well as Amazon. This accolade recognizes the work SoLa Impact has done in South LA and particularly, its Beehive campus, which has become a catalyst for community engagement and economic development. Special thanks to Mary Leslie, President of the LABC, for a memorable evening. A nod to keynote speaker Jeanne Gang, whose insights on architecture's role in fostering public awareness and catalyzing change were truly inspiring. We were thrilled to share a glimpse into our journey through this short video [https://lnkd.in/gehU_UG5] with over 350 distinguished guests, including leading architects, designers, building owners, developers, and city and state officials, at the ceremony. #CommunityImpact #LABCAwards #SoLaImpact #UrbanDevelopment #ArchitectureForChange #Leadership #Innovation
