How can internal talent acquisition teams take on the responsibility of being employer brand ambassadors? Internal TA teams have a lot of power to make their company name more well known and attractive to potential employees. Attending college career fairs, participating in local events, , joining industry groups, etc. all go a long way in building your brand as an employer. If a TA team is solely responsible for looking for candidates, then they aren’t being fully utilized. Internal recruiters know their company and their leaders like the back of their hand, so let them go out and brag about the organizations they represent!
