If you’re praying to God for help, remember that sometimes the answers come through the people around you. You can’t keep asking for guidance or support and then close yourself off when someone reaches out a hand. God often works through others, sending us the help we need in ways we might not expect. Sometimes, the help you’re praying for shows up as a kind word, a helping hand or an unexpected opportunity from someone you know or even a stranger. Don’t let pride, fear or skepticism block the blessings that are trying to reach you. It’s important to be open to receiving that help, even if it doesn’t come in the form you imagined. Trust that the support being offered is part of the solution you’ve been asking for. Embrace the assistance with gratitude and recognize that accepting help is a sign of strength, not weakness. After all, we’re not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. By allowing others to help, you’re not only answering your own prayers but also allowing them to fulfill their purpose in offering kindness and support. Be open to receiving and without even asking, you’ll be suprised by how much you get❤️.

When we grow up in an environment where our caregivers are struggling, we can feel like we have to protect ourselves and make sense of the world alone. As children, we absorb the fear and doubt around us, learning to navigate life cautiously, always on guard. We try so hard to find love, understanding, and compassion, but it can feel like an uphill battle when we haven’t been shown how to receive these gifts ourselves. If you’ve experienced this, know that your efforts to protect and heal yourself are valid. But also know that the light and love you’ve been searching for are within you. Why not make a Memory Box with them to help cherish those special memories forever. All you need to do is gather up lots of bits and pieces that remind them of their loved ones, from photos, ticket stubs of events attended together or special toys or gifts bought by them and put them all together in a box. Happy Easter for those who celebrate! Easter is about resurrection and Spring is about regrowth and resiliency. Though it is technically Spring outside, many of us are still struggling with the darkness of Winter. If you are struggling right now, know you are not alone. This is one of the tumultuous times we have ever experienced. Even if your life is going smoothly (and I don't know too many people whose lives are going smoothly right now), world events are chaotic. When circumstances or relationships are destroyed, it gives the opportunity for new growth and something better. The problem is being stuck in the unknown, when you are feeling the pain of the destruction and can't see the blessings coming. Staying in the present moment and meeting challenges with relaxation can help during these challenging times. It's not easy and it's a constant practice. We slip, we return, we slip, we return, we slip, we return. Give yourself grace. When you find yourself despairing, remember the invisible is more powerful than the visible. Trust, faith, and love are invisible. Allow yourself to feel what you need to feel, then return to the present moment. If I have learned anything these past few years, is that I can't control anything except my thoughts and my actions. Curveballs will be thrown our way and will test our resiliency. Take time for yourself and self-care and then show the universe what you are all about! You are powerful even when you feel powerless. You matter even when you feel helpless.
