At Sonos, we believe that great design extends beyond just the product inside the box—it’s also about how our products are presented and protected. Our award-winning packaging offers a joyful unboxing experience while being responsible—a balance we aim to strike in every new release. In 2024, 98% of our new product packaging contained sustainably sourced content, including fibers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). How about fixing the app?
Another good-looking product! As a private consultant and installer, I have installed many systems using Sonos products. However, anytime we do a really high end install, Sonos falls short, we end up having to recommend another brand. I really wish Sonos would reach out to its professional network to determine what is missing, allowing us to use their products in larger installs and more customizable features.
Oui très bien vos emballages, mais voilà j ai commandé une arc ultra le 17/01/2025 et le 20/02/2025 toujours rien. Y aurait il des problèmes de fabrication ou livraison ? Cela devient inquiétant. Merci de votre commentaire
Sonos, Inc. Your equipment is excellent. Strong sound quality and visually appealing in the house. But, your app sucks. Your R&D budget should be 100% allocated to improving the user experience with the app. I have Sonos S1 and the ‘new’ app. The new app is terrible and has been for a long time. My other Sonos system we purposely use the S1 and it’s a nice simple app to use. Maybe a couple hiccups, but compared to the new app…it’s amazing.
Fix the APP! Please
I will say, ya’ll have the best boxes.
As someone who recently had to dismantle this box and cut it down to get it to fit into a curbside recycling bin, I can attest to the quality of materials used and the extreme level of fit and finish in its design.

2moSonos, Inc. please just fix the app and the firmware that supports it because the current state is simply unacceptable. I have days when I cannot play music because speakers drop out and songs skip. Whatever you "moved to the cloud" is making things unusable. And once again I find myself asking that you give us clear and transparent updates. You broke the system 8 months ago, took months to acknowledge that you had and continue to say as little as possible while expecting your customers to stay loyal. You have gone from hero to zero and unless you change radically I don't see a way back for you.
