Our customer found out that they were owed money by suppliers. They found this “lost” money when they made the switch to Enable from spreadsheets. Prior to Enable, they used Excel to manage all their rebate activities. Bad idea. Excel didn’t have the capabilities to: – Manage complex deals – Collaborate with suppliers – Verify and track rebate progress Rebates are a huge part of their revenue strategy, so they knew they needed to invest in a better system, or continue leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table.
