Employees' influence vs Employees' strengths As discussions about leveraging employees as brand advocates continue to gain traction it's important to consider the implications of expecting everyone to become influencers or content creators. While it's true that many individuals pursue side hustles or additional income streams some people excel behind the scenes not because they are shy, but because it aligns with their skillset. So, where do we draw the line? How can we strike the right balance between brand advocacy and respecting individual preferences?

Traditionally, the industry spotlight has been on external influencers, while internal influence has been an afterthought.
