1moI am a customer of Spectrum located in Suffolk, VA and a Disable Veteran. I also value my time unfortunately does not appear to be the case with Spectrum customer services. I appealed to your management, Adam Kennedy, to escalate my complaint as result of being on the phone with customer services for over eight hours, laterally. I was told that there would adjustment made to my account which did not happen for the gross inconvenience. I was told by Adam Kennedy that Spectrum does not make adjustments to customers accounts who have been inconvenience due that was caused by Spectrum. I pray that you can and will intervene to make me whole as a valuable customer. Best, Mary Hill
