The hardest part for me going from being an eCommerce founder to Saas was talking to people! In eCom I had essentially automated most things or communicated nearly 100% via email. Nek minute - We're scheduling research video calls, demos, pitching to VC's, networking events and sales, WTF! Big adjustment. Now nearly 2 years in to Partnar.io I don't get nervous before a demo/sales call anymore (I used to be nearly sweating haha). Like most things in my life, it's gotten easier with every rep. My biggest cheat code or hack is when you're feeling uncomfortable just keep asking questions about the person you're speaking to, people love talking about themselves and they'll start liking you.
