Overconfident runners returning from injury, making up for lost time with extra runs. The result: reinjury 🤕 Ok, so a lot of us have probably done this, and it's usually done in a panicked attempt to regain any lost fitness post-injury or illness. The issue with adding extra runs is that it can overload the body, & put you in the exact same situation 😩 💡Our tip: forget the sessions you've missed, don't add extra runs on your road to recovery.
