That was value for money! We often discuss value in our daily lives, whether in sales or personal interactions. But how do we truly define and measure value? The key lies in METRICS - they quantify the value we provide. Last week, I collaborated with Wheawill & Sudworth in Huddersfield, coaching their staff on optimizing the firm's AutoEntry implementation for a better ROI. The goal was to expedite value realisation for clients and ease the workload of the team engaged in manual processes. Identifying 2 champions within the firm, we conducted workshops across 3 staff groups, introducing new processes to enhance client value delivery. To track our progress, we recorded timings of their existing processes and plan to reassess in a week or two. Anticipating a reduction in time to value and a positive ROI outcome for the firm.
