We are seeing an increase in polarisation across society. Our recent Lunch and Learn session looked at the impact of polarisation in the EDI space. Here are some the ways issues can manifest themselves: -‘Resistance’ to inclusive actions -Fragility and defensiveness -Early adopters becoming frustrated -Resistant folk becoming intrenched -‘Not wanting to say the wrong thing’ -‘Opt out’ and affinity groups forming Do you see this in your organisation?
