🚀 Ever wondered how computer vision can transform satellite image segmentation? 🌍✨ I just wrapped up an exciting project where I tackled water segmentation using satellite images that weren’t your typical RGB — they had 12 complex channels! 💥 This led to the creation of my custom tool, Aqua Vision, designed to handle this challenging task. 💧 As part of my Computer Vision Internship at Cellula Technologies, I spent 3 weeks pushing the boundaries of computer vision: 1️⃣ Week 1: Developed a custom U-Net model from scratch for water body segmentation, achieving a 92% accuracy 🧠💡 2️⃣ Week 2: Enhanced performance using a pre-trained VGG16 model in PyTorch, reaching an impressive 94% accuracy 🚀 3️⃣ Week 3: Deployed my tool, Qua Vision, with React and Flask! Working on this project, especially with non-RGB images, was both challenging and rewarding.
