TWO GOOD NEWS IN THE SAME WEEK FOR OCEAN ENERGY:
The advantages of extracting stable energy offshore, with higher output per sea area than offshore wind and floating solar, and requiring much less or zero battery storage, are clear. These factors indicate that our sector will expand rapidly in the coming years. As Swiss bank Lombard Odier puts it:
"Between now and 2050, we will transition from 20% economy-wide electrification to 70%."
"For investors, this represents one of the greatest opportunities in the history of capitalism."
US:
Congresswomen Barragán and Bonamici, representing districts in California and Oregon, respectively, introduced a bill today that would direct $1 billion toward the commercialization of marine energy across the nation.

UK:
The budget for this year’s Contracts for Difference renewable energy auction is being increased by £500 million to over £1.5 billion – a record budget.
The uplift will see an additional £165 million made available for emerging technologies such as tidal stream, wave, and floating offshore wind in the UK's next renewable energy auction round, Allocation Round 6 (AR6).
We are now open for both investing and pilot partnering. Welcome to contact me for further dialogue and explore more at NoviOcean.
