📣 Stansgate Planning achieved planning permission for nine houses in the Green Belt near to Alvechurch. Six houses derived from the change of use of historic brick barns, a non-designated heritage asset. Three houses were new build and replaced several modern farm buildings of no historic interest. A fall-back position involved Class Q Prior Approval for change of use of the modern barns to dwellinghouses. 👏
